Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book event photography? We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event, especially during peak conference season (January through April in South Florida). For large events or multi-day coverage, earlier is better.

Can you deliver photos during the event for social media? Yes. Same-day social media delivery is available as an add-on or as part of a custom event package. Select images are edited and sent to your team during the event for real-time posting.

How much does event photography cost? Event photography starts at $250/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Half-day packages are $1,500 and full-day coverage starts at $2,800. Multi-day events, same-day social delivery, and expedited turnaround are available as custom packages.

What if my event is outside South Florida? We travel regularly for events and conferences. Travel costs are quoted separately based on location and duration.
